Ingredients

  • 600g beef heart (or sirloin), cubed
  • 3 tbsp aji panca paste
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Boiled potato and corn to serve

Instructions

  1. Mix marinade and coat beef; marinate 4 hours.
  2. Thread onto skewers.
  3. Grill over very high heat 2-3 minutes a side.
  4. Brush with leftover marinade.
  5. Serve with boiled potato and corn.
