Ingredients

  • 1/2 cabbage, shredded
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Soften the onion in the oil, then add the garlic and spices.
  2. Add the carrots and potatoes with a splash of water; cook 10 minutes.
  3. Add the cabbage and cook, covered, until everything is tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Season and serve.
