Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained
  • 1 boiled potato, cubed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • Tamarind chutney to drizzle
  • Mint chutney to drizzle
  • Big handful coriander
  • Sev to top

Instructions

  1. Combine chickpeas, potato, onion, tomato and green chillies.
  2. Add lemon, chaat masala, cumin, chilli powder, black salt.
  3. Toss together.
  4. Drizzle with both chutneys.
  5. Top with sev and coriander.
  6. Eat immediately while sev is crunchy.
