Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 100g desiccated coconut, plus extra
  • Whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Cook condensed milk, butter and coconut in a heavy pan over medium-low, stirring.
  2. After 8-10 minutes the mixture pulls cleanly from the pan.
  3. Tip onto a buttered plate; cool fully.
  4. Butter hands; roll into small balls.
  5. Roll in more coconut.
  6. Top each with one clove.
