Ingredients

  • 500g thick Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Big handful dill, mint
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Grate cucumber; salt; rest 15 min; squeeze thoroughly in a tea towel until very dry.
  2. Mix yoghurt with garlic, oil, vinegar, herbs and salt.
  3. Stir in the squeezed cucumber.
  4. Rest 30 min.
