Ingredients

  • For dough: 500g flour, 7g yeast, 50g sugar, 1 tsp salt, 250ml warm milk, 1 egg, 50g butter
  • For filling: 300g beef mince OR 400g shredded cabbage cooked with onion
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Make dough; knead 8 min; rise 1 hour.
  2. Cook filling; cool.
  3. Divide dough into 10; flatten each.
  4. Pile filling in middle; fold and pinch shut into a bun shape.
  5. Place seam-down on a tray; rest 20 min.
  6. Brush with egg.
  7. Bake at 200C for 20-25 min until deep golden.
