Ingredients

  • 300g rice vermicelli noodles, soaked
  • 200g chicken breast, sliced
  • 150g prawns
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 100g green beans, sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 500ml stock
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Lemon wedges, spring onion

Instructions

  1. Stir-fry chicken and prawns; set aside.
  2. Soften onion, garlic, then add carrot, cabbage and green beans.
  3. Pour in stock, soy and fish sauce.
  4. Add noodles; toss until they absorb the liquid.
  5. Return chicken and prawns.
  6. Top with spring onion; serve with lemon.
