Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, in florets
- For sauce: 40g butter, 40g flour, 600ml milk, 150g grated cheese, 1 tsp mustard
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes until just tender; drain well.
- Make a cheese sauce: melt butter, stir in flour, whisk in milk until thick, then most of the cheese, mustard and nutmeg.
- Tip the cauliflower into a dish and pour over the sauce.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bake at 200C for 20 minutes until golden.
