Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked canary or kidney beans, mashed
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp aji panca paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Fried egg to serve

Instructions

  1. Soften onion and garlic in oil.
  2. Add aji paste and cumin.
  3. Stir in beans, then rice.
  4. Cook over medium heat, pressing flat, for 5 minutes until a crust forms.
  5. Flip and cook 4 minutes.
  6. Top with a fried egg.
