Ingredients

  • 400g new potatoes, boiled
  • 200g green beans, blanched
  • 4 boiled eggs, halved
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 100g black olives
  • 4 tomatoes, in wedges
  • 1 little gem lettuce
  • For dressing: 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp Dijon, 1 garlic clove, salt

Instructions

  1. Arrange all the components separately on a large platter.
  2. Whisk the dressing.
  3. Drizzle over the salad just before serving.
