Ingredients

  • 200g egg noodles, cooked
  • 150g chicken, sliced
  • 150g prawns, peeled
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 chillies
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp kecap manis
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sambal
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Spring onion, fried shallots, lime, prawn crackers

Instructions

  1. Pound garlic, shallots and chillies to a paste.
  2. Heat oil; fry the paste 2 min.
  3. Add chicken; cook 3 min.
  4. Add prawns; cook 2 min.
  5. Push aside; scramble eggs.
  6. Add carrot and cabbage; toss.
  7. Tip in the noodles, kecap manis, soy and sambal.
  8. Toss for 2 min.
  9. Top with spring onion, fried shallots, lime and prawn crackers.
