Ingredients

  • Big bunch coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all the chopped ingredients.
  2. Stir in olive oil and vinegar.
  3. Salt to taste.
  4. Rest 15 minutes.
