Sweet Lassi

A cooling yoghurt drink lightly sweetened with sugar and cardamom — five minutes from fridge to glass.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • A few ice cubes
  • Pistachios to garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the yoghurt, milk, sugar and cardamom to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Add ice and blend briefly to chill.
  4. Pour into glasses and top with chopped pistachios.
