Nigerian Suya Spice Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 stock cube, crumbled
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Grind the peanuts in a food processor until fine and powdery — don't go to butter stage.
  2. Press in a tea towel to remove some oil.
  3. Mix with all the spices.
  4. Store in an airtight jar.
