Ingredients

  • 2 slices good sourdough bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • Flaky salt
  • Olive oil
  • Optional: poached egg, sliced tomato, microgreens, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until deep golden.
  2. Halve the avocado, scoop into a bowl, and mash roughly with the lime juice and a pinch of salt.
  3. Pile onto the toast.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with chilli flakes and flaky salt.
  5. Top with whatever extras you like.
