Ingredients

  • 4 arepas, pre-made and split
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 avocados, mashed
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 spring onions
  • Handful coriander
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, avocado, mayo, lime, spring onion and coriander.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Warm the arepas in a dry pan.
  4. Split and stuff generously.
