Ingredients

  • 1 thick disc provolone (about 250g)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Bread to serve

Instructions

  1. Heat a heavy pan or grill very hot.
  2. Place the provolone disc on it; let it form a crust 3 minutes.
  3. Flip carefully and cook 3 more minutes until bubbling.
  4. Top with oregano, chilli flakes and a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Serve immediately with bread.
