Ingredients

  • 500g strong flour (or "00")
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 325ml warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
  2. Add the water and oil and stir into a soft dough.
  3. Knead 8 minutes until smooth.
  4. Rise 1.5 hours until doubled.
  5. Divide into 4 balls and stretch thin for pizzas.
