Ingredients

  • 2 cups cassava flour (almidón)
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 200g grated cheese
  • 50g butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100ml milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a crumbly dough — should look like coarse breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat a dry non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Press half the mixture in firmly to form a flat disc.
  4. Cook 4-5 minutes; flip using a plate.
  5. Cook the other side 4 minutes.
  6. Repeat with the second batch.
