Ingredients

  • 400g paneer, cubed
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 peppers and 1 onion, chunked
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Mix the yoghurt with the spices, ginger-garlic, lemon, oil and salt.
  2. Coat the paneer and vegetables; marinate 30 minutes.
  3. Thread onto skewers.
  4. Grill or pan-fry over high heat until charred at the edges.
