Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Fruit and nuts to top

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats, milk, yoghurt, chia and honey in a jar.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir, loosen with a splash of milk, and top with fruit and nuts.
