Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 can cannellini beans, drained
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • Handful olives
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the tuna, beans, tomato, onion, olives and capers.
  2. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Season and finish with parsley.
