Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Handful coriander
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the mango, onion, chilli, lime juice and coriander.
  2. Season with salt.
  3. Rest 10 minutes for the flavours to meld.
