Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced (or 1 cup pulp)
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)
  • A few ice cubes
  • Pinch of cardamom (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the mango, yoghurt, milk and sweetener to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend again for a chilled, frothy finish.
  4. Pour into glasses and dust with a little cardamom if you like.
