Ingredients

  • 2 cups hummus
  • 1 cup baba ganoush
  • 2 cups tabbouleh
  • 12 falafel
  • Olives, pickles, feta
  • Warm flatbreads
  • Olive oil, sumac, paprika
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Spread the hummus and baba ganoush on a large platter and swirl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and dust with sumac and paprika.
  3. Arrange the tabbouleh, falafel, olives, pickles and feta around the dips.
  4. Add warm flatbreads on the side.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges.
