Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt
  • Ice-cold water

Instructions

  1. Blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon, garlic, cumin and salt.
  2. With the motor running, add a little cold water until silky smooth.
  3. Drizzle in the olive oil.
  4. Taste and adjust the lemon and salt.
