Homemade Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Handful coriander, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and lime to taste.
  3. Rest 10 minutes for the flavours to meld.
