Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Handful coriander
  • Salt
  • 1 tomato, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocados, leaving some chunks.
  2. Stir in the onion, chilli, lime juice, coriander and salt.
  3. Fold in the tomato if using.
  4. Taste and adjust the lime and salt.
