Ingredients

  • 400g raw prawns, peeled
  • 6 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt
  • Parsley and lemon

Instructions

  1. Warm the oil with the garlic and chilli over medium heat until the garlic turns pale gold.
  2. Add the prawns and paprika and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  3. Season with salt and finish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
