Ingredients

  • Juice of 6 lemons
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 litre cold water
  • Ice
  • Lemon slices and mint

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar in a little warm water to make a syrup.
  2. Mix the lemon juice, syrup and cold water in a jug.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness.
  4. Serve over ice with lemon slices and mint.
