Fresh Guacamole

Chunky, zesty guacamole made with ripe avocado, lime and a little chilli — five minutes to the best dip on the table.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Small handful coriander, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados, scoop into a bowl and mash to your liking.
  2. Stir through the onion, tomato and chilli.
  3. Add the lime juice, coriander and salt.
  4. Taste and adjust the lime and salt before serving.
