Ingredients

  • 8 falafel (homemade or shop-bought)
  • 2 large flatbreads
  • Handful salad leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • Pickles
  • For sauce: 3 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp lemon, 1 garlic clove, water

Instructions

  1. Warm or fry the falafel until crisp.
  2. Whisk the tahini sauce, loosening with water.
  3. Warm the flatbreads.
  4. Fill with salad, tomato, cucumber, pickles and falafel.
  5. Drizzle with tahini sauce and roll up.
