Ingredients

  • 300ml double cream
  • 4 meringue nests
  • 400g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream with the icing sugar and vanilla to soft peaks.
  2. Crush half the strawberries and slice the rest.
  3. Roughly break the meringues.
  4. Fold everything together gently, leaving ripples.
  5. Spoon into glasses and serve.
