Ingredients

  • 4 bratwurst sausages
  • For sauce: 200ml ketchup, 100ml passata, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp Worcestershire, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Curry powder to sprinkle
  • Chips to serve

Instructions

  1. Grill or pan-fry sausages until cooked and golden.
  2. Simmer sauce ingredients together 5 minutes.
  3. Slice sausages into rounds.
  4. Pour warm sauce over.
  5. Sprinkle with extra curry powder.
  6. Serve with chips.
