Coriander Mint Chutney

A fresh, zingy green chutney of coriander, mint, chilli and lime — the perfect partner to anything fried or grilled.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch coriander
  • 1/2 bunch mint
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 thumb ginger
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt
  • A little water

Instructions

  1. Blend everything with a splash of water until smooth.
  2. Add more water for a thinner chutney.
  3. Taste and adjust the lime and salt.
