Classic Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, in wedges
  • 1 cucumber, in chunks
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Handful black olives
  • 200g block feta
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and olives to a wide bowl.
  2. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Lay the block of feta on top, drizzle with a little more oil and sprinkle with oregano.
