Ingredients

  • 2 thin minute steaks
  • 2 ciabatta or large sub rolls
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g cooked ham
  • 100g mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 lettuce
  • Mayo, olives, pickles
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon crisp; set aside.
  2. Fry the eggs sunny-side up.
  3. Cook the steaks fast in a hot pan, 1 minute a side.
  4. Slice the rolls; spread with mayo.
  5. Layer: steak, ham, cheese (melt under grill briefly), bacon, egg, tomato, lettuce, olives, pickles.
  6. Close and cut in half.
