Ingredients

  • 2 romaine lettuces, chopped
  • 2 cups bread cubes
  • 50g parmesan, shaved
  • For dressing: 4 tbsp mayo, 1 garlic clove grated, 1 tsp Dijon, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Worcestershire, 2 tbsp grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread cubes in a little oil until golden.
  2. Whisk the dressing ingredients together.
  3. Toss the lettuce with the dressing.
  4. Top with croutons and shaved parmesan.
