American Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, in florets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk (or plant milk)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt
  • For sauce: 100ml hot sauce, 50g butter, 1 tbsp honey or maple
  • Blue cheese dip and celery to serve

Instructions

  1. Whisk the flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika and salt to a batter.
  2. Dip each floret and arrange on a lined tray.
  3. Bake at 220C for 20-25 minutes until crisp.
  4. Warm the sauce ingredients together.
  5. Toss the hot cauliflower in the sauce and return to the oven 5 minutes.
