Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, boiled
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Handful coriander
  • Salt
  • Optional: fried onions on top

Instructions

  1. Mash the warm potatoes roughly.
  2. Stir in the chilli, onion, mustard oil, lime, coriander and salt.
  3. Taste and adjust the lime and salt.
  4. Top with fried onions if you like.

  • Mash while warm so the flavours soak in.
