Ingredients

  • 1/4 white cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 3 spring onions, sliced
  • Handful coriander
  • For dressing: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine all the vegetables and herbs in a bowl.
  2. Whisk the dressing ingredients.
  3. Toss through just before serving.
  4. Finish with sesame seeds.
