Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup peas, mashed
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • Salt
  • Fresh coriander
  • Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the oil into a firm mixture.
  2. Shape into flat round patties.
  3. Shallow-fry over medium heat until deep golden and crisp on both sides.
  4. Drain on paper.
