Ingredients

  • 2 thin beef escalopes (sirloin), pounded
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices mozzarella
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 large soft buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise
  • Olives, pickled peppers
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crisp.
  2. Sear the seasoned beef escalopes 1 minute a side.
  3. Fry the eggs.
  4. Toast and butter the buns.
  5. Layer: mayo, lettuce, tomato, beef, ham, cheese, bacon, fried egg.
  6. Top with olives and pickled peppers.
  7. Eat with both hands.
