Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups jasmine rice, rinsed
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Add the rice, coconut milk, water, salt and sugar to a pot.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer, then cover and cook on low for 15 minutes.
  3. Rest off the heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Fluff gently and serve.
