Salted Caramel Brownies

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 180g butter
  • 250g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 120g flour
  • 30g cocoa
  • Pinch of salt
  • 150g salted caramel sauce
  • Flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter together.
  2. Whisk in the sugar, then the eggs.
  3. Fold in the flour, cocoa and salt.
  4. Pour half into a lined tin, drizzle with half the caramel.
  5. Cover with the rest of the batter, swirl in more caramel.
  6. Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes until just set.
  7. Sprinkle with flaky salt while warm.
  8. Cool before cutting.
