Ingredients

  • 3 cups cold cooked rice
  • 250g prawns
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup peas and diced carrot
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs in oil; set aside.
  2. Stir-fry the prawns until pink; set aside.
  3. Fry the garlic and vegetables, then add the rice and break it up.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Return the prawns and eggs, add spring onion, and toss until hot.
