Ingredients

  • 500g prawns
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Coriander

Instructions

  1. Soften the onion in oil, then add the ginger-garlic.
  2. Add the tomatoes and ground spices; cook until thick.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Add the prawns and cook 4-5 minutes until pink.
  5. Finish with coriander.
