Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried herbs
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 220C.
  2. Parboil the wedges for 5 minutes, then drain and dry.
  3. Toss with the oil and seasonings.
  4. Spread on a tray in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 30-35 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
