Ingredients

  • 700g pork shoulder, sliced thin
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • To serve: warm pitas, tzatziki, tomato, red onion, chips

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork with oil, lemon, garlic, oregano, paprika and cumin for at least 1 hour.
  2. Cook in a very hot pan for 6-8 minutes until charred and cooked.
  3. Warm the pitas.
  4. Fill with pork, tomato, onion, chips and a generous spoon of tzatziki.
  5. Wrap tightly to serve.
