Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Coriander

Instructions

  1. Brown the mince with the onion, pepper and garlic.
  2. Stir in the tomato paste and spices.
  3. Add the tomatoes, olives and raisins; simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Season and finish with coriander.
